pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 78f9331b89 deploy report for 2026.08.21.04 — six hosts, one skipped on purpose
alpha, fofos, macbookpro, edge, production and deadpool all took 98177c3b, the
anthropic_accounts push and a restart. officer-dev is skipped because the agent
writing this runs on it.

# 2026.08.21.04 — deploy report
**6 of 6 hosts in scope succeeded.** `officer-dev` was skipped entirely — it is the host this agent runs
on. Seven platforms exist; six were deployable.
Target commit `98177c3b`, tag `deploy/2026.08.21.04`, `package.json` version `2026.08.21.04` — tag and
version agree.
Every host ran the same four steps from `deploy/2026.08.21.04.md`: `git pull --ff-only`, `bun db:push`
(the schema change), `bun run plugins:update`, `pm2 restart officer`. No host ran `bun install` — the plan
said not to.
---
## Per host
### `alpha` — succeeded
- HEAD `3cab16ca` → `98177c3b`. Tree clean, no untracked files.
- The pull moved only `deploy/2026.08.21.04.md` and `package.json`: the code was already there from the
hand deploy the plan describes. Expected, and the remaining steps ran anyway.
- `db:push` — changes applied. `anthropic_accounts` verified present by direct query.
- `plugins:update` — 12/12 updated in 44s, exit 0. **Twelve sidecars restarted by that step**: atelier,
bitcoin-wallet, email, gitea, invoices, jellyfin, music, offscale, photos, soulseek, transmission,
vault. That is the script's own behaviour, not something the plan asked for.
- `pm2 restart officer` — `restart_time` 63 → 64, `online`.
### `fofos` — succeeded
- HEAD `3343b21a` → `98177c3b`. No tracked changes.
- **Untracked file present: `scripts/chk.ts`.** Left alone — a fast-forward cannot touch it, and it is
not a reason to skip a host.
- `db:push` — changes applied. `anthropic_accounts` verified by direct query.
- `plugins:update` — 1/1 (gitea), exit 0. One sidecar restarted: `officer-gitea`.
- `pm2 restart officer` — 17 → 18, `online`.
- The capabilities ownership fault recorded in `docs/servers.md` did not recur: `capabilities: pulled`.
### `macbookpro` — succeeded
- HEAD `b10a49c0` → `98177c3b`. Tree clean.
- Awake and reachable; no skip needed.
- `bun` reached with `export PATH=$PATH:/opt/homebrew/bin` appended for the `bun` commands only, `pm2`
run as a separate command, per the plan and `docs/servers.md`.
- `db:push` — changes applied.
- `plugins:update` — "no plugins installed — nothing to update", exit 0. No sidecar restarted.
- `pm2 restart officer` — 4 → 5, `online`.
- **The one thing not verified here:** `psql` is not on this machine's PATH under any prefix tried, so
`anthropic_accounts` was confirmed only by `db:push` reporting "Changes applied", not by querying the
table. Every other host was checked directly.
- Cosmetic noise from the interactive shell: `.zshrc:123: command not found: starship`. Harmless, and
unrelated to the deploy.
### `edge-pertento-bridge` — succeeded
- HEAD `3343b21a` → `98177c3b`. Tree clean.
- `db:push` — changes applied. `anthropic_accounts` verified by direct query.
- `plugins:update` — 2/2 (gitea, offscale), exit 0. Two sidecars restarted.
- `pm2 restart officer` — 6 → 7, `online`.
### `production-pertento-bridge` — succeeded
- HEAD `3343b21a` → `98177c3b`. Tree clean.
- `db:push` — changes applied. `anthropic_accounts` verified by direct query.
- `plugins:update` — 1/1 (gitea), exit 0. One sidecar restarted.
- `pm2 restart officer` — 8 → 9, `online`.
### `deadpool-rezio-bridge` — succeeded
- Logged in as `br`, checkout `/home/br/officerdev/platform`.
- HEAD `3343b21a` → `98177c3b`. Tree clean.
- `db:push` — changes applied. `anthropic_accounts` verified by direct query.
- `plugins:update` — "no plugins installed — nothing to update", exit 0. No sidecar restarted.
- `pm2 restart officer` — 2 → 3, `online`.
### `officer-dev` — SKIPPED, deliberately
Not pulled, no schema push, no plugin update, nothing restarted. This agent is a session inside
`officer-claude-code` on this machine, and restarting `officer` here ends the rollout mid-report. The
host is therefore one release behind the other six until the owner deploys it by hand — checkout
`~/officer-dev/platform`, and its working tree is already at `98177c3b` plus this report.
---
## What was checked, and how
- Every checkout path came from PM2 (`officer`'s `pm_cwd`), not from the table — so `alpha`'s second,
stale checkout was never a candidate.
- `pm2 jlist` after each restart: `officer` `online` with `restart_time` moved, on all six.
- A full sweep for anything not `online` on all six hosts afterwards: **none**. No process came back
`errored`, including the sixteen sidecars that `plugins:update` bounced across four hosts.
- `anthropic_accounts` queried directly with `to_regclass` on five hosts; on `macbookpro` only the
`db:push` output stands behind it.
## What was not done
- `officer-dev` — the whole host, as above.
- No host was skipped for a dirty tree; none had tracked changes.
- No process other than `officer` was restarted by this agent. The sidecars that moved were restarted by
`plugins:update` itself.
- `bun install` was not run anywhere, per the plan.
