pastilhas c3c62828e3 settings framework and section metadata keyed (487 -> 425)
SettingsSection now carries titleKey/descriptionKey instead of title/description, and
the sidebar and content pane resolve them. The section arrays are module-level consts
holding JSX content, so they cannot call a hook — the data holds keys and the renderers
translate. Sidebar search matches the RESOLVED words, so it works in the language on
screen.

Capital K in titleKey is load-bearing: docs-check-settings.ts greps key:\s*'…' for
route segments, and a lowercase title_key would have fed it twenty bogus paths.
Verified 0 bogus, 26 declared, 20 offered, 0 missing.

Section titles now share one key with the Spotlight rows that name the same section,
per 'one key per meaning'. Two casings had to converge, so Settings shows Spotlight's:
'Change Password' now reads 'Change password'.

Settings sidebar search placeholder was 'Search...'; it is now 'Search settings…',
which is what the skeleton catalog already said and what distinguishes it from the
global Spotlight.

pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 43aeffd9d3 api keys: revoked ones stop filling the screen, and can be forgotten
Five revoked keys, no live ones, and no way to remove any of them — which is what the screen looks
like after a few rounds of testing. `listApiKeys` returns every row and nothing filtered them, so a
list whose job is "which of my keys still work" answered with a wall of dead ones.

Nobody decided that. Revoke was implemented and the list was never taught the difference.

Dead keys — revoked or past expiry — are now hidden behind a "Show 5 revoked or expired keys"
toggle rather than merely dimmed, because on any account in use for a while they outnumber the live
ones. The empty state distinguishes "No keys yet" from "No keys in use": the first is false on an
account whose keys are all revoked, and it is exactly the sentence that sends somebody hunting for a
bug in the list.

DELETE /:id/record removes the row for good, and only after it is revoked. The `revokedAt is not
null` clause is in the statement rather than checked before it, so there is no ordering in which a
live key is deleted by a request that raced a revoke. Nothing is weakened by allowing it: the key
cannot be honoured again either way, since authentication matches a hash and a deleted row has none.
What goes is the history — `lastUsedAt`, the only evidence of whether a leaked key was used before it
was killed — which is why it stays a second, deliberate step rather than what revoke does.

Also corrected the copy, which claimed keys are per-app. They are not scoped to anything: one key
works everywhere, and per-device is a revocation convenience, not a requirement. The owner had to ask.

pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 c4042886fc api keys live in profile, not integrations
Reported by the owner, who went looking for them in user management and then in profile, and found
them in neither. They were under Integrations.

A key is not an integration with anything. It is a second way to present the authority the account
already has, and the permission registry already says exactly that: `/api-keys` is `core`, sitting
beside `/user` and `/dock`, with the comment "a key is not new authority". Profile, next to the
password it stands in for, is where somebody looks.

Moved rather than duplicated, and the route moves with it — /settings/profile/api-keys. Nothing
linked to the old path, so there is no redirect to keep.

pastilhas 2502c33804 put the settings section in the url
Five settings pages moved from a `*_SELECTED` global to `/settings/:page/:section`. The
sidebar entry is a react-router `<NavLink>` rather than a button holding the key in its
onClick closure, so a section is linkable, cmd-clickable and gets its active state from the
router; each page renders one `SettingsRoute` guard that canonicalises both the bare route
and a section that does not exist.

Integrations needed more than the shared factory. It builds its own sidebar, and it kept the
Enterprise/Personal tab in a second global — which is why a deep link to a Personal section
could never have worked: the link set the section, the tab stayed on Enterprise, and the
content pane said "Select a section" about a section that existed. The tab is derived from
the section key now.

Also removes the `/settings/resources` menu item (audit M8) and its two locale keys: there
has never been such a route, so it bounced to the catch-all and out to `/`.

pastilhasandClaude Opus 4.6 188e91920a add /settings/ai route with role-aware model management
Two-tier model policy: system policy (admin, allowedModels) controls
member access, per-user hiddenModels controls personal visibility.
All model selectors now use useUserVisibleModels. Moved providers
and model visibility out of system settings, AI models out of profile.
