restore dav_app_passwords to the db:push barrel

Missed when calendar and contacts became core in 9c309c5a: the routers were
uncommented but `export * from './dav/schema'` was not, so drizzle never saw
the table and bun db:push never created it. Alpha surfaced it as an unhandled
"Failed query: select ... from dav_app_passwords" on every boot.

The table holds the DAV app passwords a phone authenticates with, so the sync
door was mounted, answering 401 with a correct WWW-Authenticate header, and
incapable of ever accepting a credential — nothing could mint one.

Same shape as the hazard already recorded for the wallet, soulseek and
jellyfin: a schema commented out of the barrel is invisible to db:push, which
silently means the table is never created and, where one already exists,
that it would be dropped.
