forward pluginActions into menuProps, or the menu never sees it
"Create Gallery" was in the bundle and not in the menu. The prop was typed on both ends and carried by neither: FileItem builds `menuProps` field by field, so declaring a prop does not make it arrive — and it was not destructured in FileItem at all, only in the menu component below it. Two halves of the same mistake, and the symptom is silent in both directions: the action existed, applied, and was never asked. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
