The prop was typed on both ends and carried by neither: FileItem builds `menuProps` field by field, so declaring a prop does not make it arrive — and it was not destructured in FileItem at all, only in the menu component below it. Two halves of the same mistake, and the symptom is silent in both directions: the action existed, applied, and was never asked.
