an option not chosen is not an option refused

asked classification or dispatch or both, the owner picked classification.
the next question offered "leave it running" and "notifications" — dispatch
had quietly dropped off the menu, because it read a "first" as a "instead
of".

so: anything still unsettled stays on the menu until it is settled or the
owner says to stop offering it. otherwise a "not yet" becomes a "no" they
never said, and remembering the option you stopped offering becomes their
job.
