pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 c24859c925 skill names are identifiers, not labels
lowercase-hyphenated and equal to the directory, per both harnesses' rules. the
human name moves to `title`. a skill named "Deploying Officer" was listed to an
agent and could not be loaded by it.

pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 f0a5086dbc delegating: which model, and why cheapest alone is wrong
haiku for mechanical, sonnet by default, opus only when the work still
holds a decision — which usually means the brief needs finishing rather
than a bigger model writing it.

and the part that matters: cheapness is a property of the pair, not the
model. a cheap model on a vague brief is the most expensive option
available — it returns something plausible, you reject it, you write the
brief you should have written, and you pay for the round twice.

pastilhasandClaude Opus 5 606e332305 skill: delegating the writing
the owner's architecture, somebody else's typing, a review in the middle.
set as a standing way of working rather than a per-task decision: when a
feature is agreed and what remains is typing, it goes to an agent.

carries what a brief has to contain — exact paths, a file to copy the
shape from, what must not change, and the commands that verify it — since
an agent that has to ask a question has already cost more than it saved.

and both failures from the first night it was tried: a dead subagent
reported as running twice, because a rejection in the parent had killed the
sidechain hours earlier and nothing said so; and interrupting the parent
interrupting the child.
