the new-commander card gets a slot for example prompts

Requested, and deliberately not written: an example opening prompt is a promise about what the flow accepts,
and the flow is being rebuilt. Written now, all three would need rewriting — and a wrong example is worse
than none, because a user copies it and blames themselves when it does not work.

The note records what they should be when they are written: two or three differing in SHAPE rather than
subject — one where the trigger is obvious, one that needs a conversation to pin down, and one that is
plainly not a commander at all, so the boundary is visible from the examples rather than only from prose.

Marked provisional, so it renders with the draft badge until somebody writes it. That is what the flag is
for: this ships on every deploy whether the copy is ready or not.
