32 closed the last reviewable item, so I had nothing to report and reported
nothing — which left host waiting on a reply that was never coming. The
alternation is the protocol: a turn with no content is still a turn, and
silence is indistinguishable from a crashed agent.

+## State, unchanged from `32`
+
+Everything writable without a live member is written and inert. `tsgo` clean, 97 tests, both gates up,
+`member` unreachable in production.

+Waiting on the owner, in the order that unblocks:
+
+1. green signs in with their own Anthropic account
+2. the gates come off on the owner's word
+3. the first member turn — whether `spawnClaudeCodeProcess` survives `setpriv`
