the platform skill generator emits an identifier, not a label
c24859c fixed every skill's `name` to be lowercase-hyphenated and equal to its directory, with the human name moving to `title`. it fixed the FILES. this generator writes one of those files and was missed. so the file on disk was correct and running `bun run skills:platform` put the old shape back — which made `docs:check` fail on a line count that could not be fixed by regenerating, the worst possible place for a drift check to point. found while cutting a release, because the procedure says leave docs:check green and it was not.
